What permanent deletion removes

  • Your login, profile, enrolled course access, and subscriptions.
  • Video progress, quiz attempts, achievements, learning history, and certificates.
  • Device sessions, push tokens, notifications, support requests, and AI learning conversations.

Completed payment and invoice records are disconnected from your account and stripped of personal fields. Minimal transaction details are retained for up to eight years for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Deletion happens immediately after verification and cannot be undone.

For privacy, the response is the same whether or not an account exists.
